Faculty Customer Charter

  • Ensure that every customer transaction at the counter can be completed within 5-15 minutes.

  • Resolve customer complaints within 14 working days.

  • Ensure that students graduate within the allowed period.

  • Provide consultation space for students for at least 2 hours a week.

  • Inform students of coursework scores no later than 1 week before the final examination.

  • Provide quality teaching and learning (T&L) services using current technology.
